Melissa is an experienced teacher, wellbeing facilitator and mother of three who is passionate about supporting children, teens, families and communities to strengthen confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
With over 20 years in education, Melissa understands the real-life challenges that many children, teens, parents and educators face in today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming world. As both a teacher and parent, she recognises the importance of supporting not only children’s wellbeing and mindset, but also the wellbeing of the adults guiding and supporting them.
Passionate about helping others develop healthy wellbeing habits, emotional resilience and a more positive mindset, Melissa delivers practical and relatable workshops that create safe, supportive and engaging spaces for growth and connection.
